Slow down your life

Today the world is full of competition.The people are running for name, fame and wealth with speed. Sometomes they don’t even realize they are in the sress due to this fast life style.

In today your success measure by how you succeed with speed.sometimes it creates a life very stressfull.Slow down your life is the art of stress free life. It does not mean it is the way of not getting success. But it is proven that slow down your life doesn’t affect your success but it create ability in us to be successfull with enjoying your success. It can become habit and way of life with full of joy and happiness.

The question then arise how to slow down your life?  Here i give some tips to slow down your life.

1.Mindfullness and meditation for being present

The more mindfull you are more aware you are. Practising mindfullness makes you being present all the time. It gives you the ability to shift your focus in present moment the more you present the more you enjoying little things of this beautifull world. It relives stress and cure for depression it enhances your creativity and productivity.

Eat slowly and mindfully . mindfull eating is the healthiest way of eating food. You can also drink water sip by sip.

Meditation is good for slow down your life.Meditation keeps you calm and maintaining peace in your life. Doing yoga and streches is also good for you.They have also same benefits like meditation.

Deep breath and pranayama also beneficial to slow down your life.

2.Stress free life

Don’t put too much pressure on your mind. Just be relax and think about the causes of problem and finding the solution according to it.The things which you can not controll just left those things.

3.One task at a time

Don’t do multiple task instead of it choose one task at a time. It helps you to be more productive and stress free during work. If your task is big take a tiny steps to achieve it and consider small wins and fuel it to complete your big tasks.

4.Close with nature

Walk daily in garden or forest near by your home and be very close with nature. by being close with nature your mood and your mind become very peacefull.

5.Turn off your phone and social media

Social media is very distructive and addictive for us in todays world. It consumes our time and our mental peace. So just switch off your phone and if you can’t do it delete social media accounts from your phone to less used and less distraction.

6.Cut off you time ,work, things

This is about like use your time wisely. For this you have to set priorities. Cut off something in your to do list is not more important.Add some white space to your home. Use less things in home. Your schedule has also some spaces so that you be relax in those free times. Today mark zukerburge the ceo of facebook wear only one tea shirt everyday for avoiding mental fatigue and makes less decision and keep their decision for the work so declutter your wordrobe.

7.Start your day intentionally slow

When you wake up in the morning start your day intentionally slow but steedy speed. Savouring tea or coffee. Don’t do any hurdle race with yourself and time.

8.Practise grattitude and prayer

Grattitude is game changing habit in any way of life. It is incresing our mood, our happiness ,our perception and peace. Prayer has also the same result like grattitude if it is doing with happy mood and peace by heart. Trust the universe he is the doer he do whatever is god for you he done whatever is also good for you and he will do whatever is also good for you.

9.Wake up earlier

Wake up early in the morning is the good for our entire health of mind, body and soul. It gives us positive vibes.

10.Find pleasure in anything

When you wake up eary in the morning go to terrese or some outdoor for fresh air take a deep breath enjoying the feel of air touched your body’s senses. When you shower just feel the senses of your body when the water drops touches your body.Hear the sound of water.when you eat eat slowly feel the teste of it and whem you are spending time with someone feel the vibration of that moment feel the mood of that moment.Be a kid who enjoy every moment of life and use their time for finding pleasure in anything.Feel the your trueself who you truly are ,accept and love yourself. Find some hobby and by doing it enjoy it.

1.Positive Thinking

The experts says our mind thinks 60,000 to 80000 thoughts per day.Which means an average 2500 to 3300 thoughts per hours we think in our mind. Which may have some positive or negative .But the miracle is here.if we turn all the negative thoughts in positive thoughts by practising it. It will change our life.change our future. Change our destiny.

2.Smile

A smiling face is attracted and loved by everyone. The people who has a smiling face is most lovable person instead of others .So keep smiling. At least in three times a day practise smiling face. It improves your mood,decrese stress level and maintains your relationships with others more healthier.

3.Goal

A life without goal or purpose is life without oxygen. Have a goal and give your hundread percent to achieve this goal. Your goal helps you to overcome your boardome and gives you positive energy, confidence, willpower, self decipline with self respect and strong character.

In todays digital world comunication is a nonstop skill which are used in everywhere either in your career or personal relationship and your social growth.

5.Education

Exercise is good for physical fitness and activeness of body. If you are physically fit you become mentally fit.Exercise must be become a part of your routine.

As like your food what you eat you have a mind as like. Healthy food keeps you energetic whole day. It gives you positive vibe throughout your day.

Buisness funda Tea shop

I daily drink tea at a tea shop nearby my home .Tea is awsome taste is good among other tea shopers,but still i saw he has not customers. Although at some distance there is another tea shop which has lots of customers.

I went one day another tea shop where the customers are full. I ordered tea. Tea is not as good as first shop. Then i think why people come this tea shop instead of first one.

I notice the tea shop is out of Appartments parking area. The second tea shop is near by the road while first one is near by appartments wall. The first tea shop has a good taste of tea but they sell only tea.

While second tea shop has advantage of road near area so has a more attracted by customers and also second tea shop owner keeps cigarrate, tobaco and gutkha so the customer who drink tea also buy a cigarrate, tobaco and gutkha.which is realte to a normal tea shops customer demand. Though the tea is not better than the other tea shop he is succced to attract customers by its location and a demand of product which is relate to main product.

So here the funda is quality of product is not attract customers but its location and demand of related product attract more customers.The place where customers found and saw the location easily and reach nearby distance, and they can get the related product available which is on demand and hence the customer satisfied.It is the great example of customer satisfaction.

Being your own saviour

Everyone should be able to save their own life. This is the last message of gautam buddha. Why we are waiting for god that god will save us and they solve our problems.

Dont being relaiable on god or anyone else in the world not the parents or not friends and family. Be responsible for your life whatever the mistakes of life don’t blame just be responsible.

When you depend upon god or anyother you become weak.The weakness leads you nowhere. Be independent and responsible for your own life.

You are the master of your life and create your life your destiny what ever you want.

Have a courage, guts to save your own life to survive in this world.

There is a one moment when you depend upon others the moment is when after death ,untill be your own saviour and be independent.

Judging

Some people always judging others when they meet. This is not a good attitude this is actually a negative attitude called doubt.

Eventhough they always doubt themself also because they judge themselves .So Avoid judging not only judging others and yourself two.

Here i notice a third dimention of judgement that the judgement of other people in their point of view of us.

Don’t think about the other people will judge you no one cares today about anyone so why do we care.

This third dimention judging is the root cause of the biggest fear what other people say about us.

So eliminate judging from your life. This word can not be remain in your dictionary.
